“I work in an exciting industry with a fast-paced team of people who love what they do,” Leo explains. Kyra Willans, Technical Recruiter at Crescent Solutions, recently placed Leo Jackson at a top music and entertainment industry where he’s been working as a Systems Engineer for the past month. Kyra always has exceptional things to say about Leo and his work with our client. “[He] has always struck me as an extremely genuine guy who is willing to put in the work required to achieve success,” she shares. “When [our client] said they needed a ‘yes man’ who was a problem-solver, talented and flexible enough to wear multiple hats, I knew he was the perfect guy for the job.”
In his pre-tech years, Leo studied music back in his hometown and 
is a classically trained vocalist. “I grew up in Seattle and attended Western Washington University in Bellingham. I was a baritone in the Seattle Opera chorus for two summers, performing the works of Richard Wagner,” he says. Naturally, he’s a loyal Seahawks fan and roots for his alma mater team, the WWU Vikings. Aside from catching a few games, Leo also loves to write screenplays for movies or TV shows in his spare time. Kyra points out, “[He] cleverly describes himself on his LinkedIn profile as a ‘left brain thinker, right brain tinker,’ which I think aptly describes his dual skill sets as both an accomplished Systems Administrator and a talented creative writer.” Leo adds that he is also “philosophical, with a generous helping of dad jokes”. Although he doesn’t have any kids of his own yet, he considers himself a proud father of two very spoiled cats, Penny and Mona.
Recently, Leo has been exploring the Los Angeles life as a new resident to SoCal. He moved down to the city last summer with a professional chocolate chip cookie baker who also happens to be the love of his life, Kelsey. The two have been married for 7 years and spend an equal amount of time spoiling their fur children.
