After first meeting with Crescent years ago, Tan was quickly placed as Software QA Engineer for a Fortune 500 company specializing in semiconductor solutions for wired and wireless communications.
“I have been with Crescent Solutions for 4 years,” says Tan. “I like the company because of the quick responses and how they worked to fulfill my needs.”

Throughout his life, Tan has always been a hard worker. Born and raised in Vietnam, he continually excelled in school. After receiving his high school diploma, he found himself desiring a new challenge and made the courageous decision to move to America to pursue higher education. Now, with his BS in Electrical Engineering, he’s focused on excelling in his field. He has been heads down in the WiFi/Wireless QA testing and engineering world since entering the work force.
The secret to his lifetime of success? “I am open-minded and have a good sense of humor,” says Tan.
Aside from work, he is a lover of the outdoors. In his spare moments, Tan can often be found indulging in the pleasures of the warm California sun. He splits his free time between biking with his wife, crushing an opponent in tennis, and watching Holland whoop some butt in soccer. Despite his active lifestyle, he’s not completely focused on health and fitness. Believe it or not, Tan credits fast food chain In-N-Out for keeping him happy. “Oh ya,” he says with a smile, “In-N-Out burger is my favorite.”
