Each December, Brian Fischbein, owner of Crescent Solutions holds a company-wide celebration for the holidays to thank the team for all the time 
and hard work the Crescent staff has put in over the past year. The night consists of dinner, drinks, and Brian’s favorite – the Secret Santa gift exchange. Weeks before the event, employees fill out a questionnaire about themselves and draw names to see who they will be buying a gift for.
