Brad is a SoCal man through and through. Opting to stay close to home for college, the Garden Grove local attended Cal Sate Long Beach for undergrad, where he was captain of the snowboard team.
Still an active snowboarder and diehard Anaheim Ducks fan, one could safely say he’s quite the athlete. “I grew up surfing, snowboarding, camping, backpacking, and fishing. I love anything outdoors and I love traveling,” Brad says. He even makes sure to stay active in the office, frequently playing the popular beanbag game Baggo with his coworkers.
Before joining the Crescent team, Brad worked at a major direct hire recruiting firm. Now at Crescent, “I am one of three Technical Recruiters on our direct hire team,” says Brad. And despite coming to Crescent with tons of industry knowledge, “the bulk of my IT recruiting experience is from here at Crescent.”
“About myself? I would say I’m definitely sarcastic and fun loving,” Brad admits. “Honestly my daily goal is always to get a rise out of Dave Etnire.” To which Dave countered, “I hate his beard.”
Laughing, Brad adds, “Everyone in the office likes to call me a hipster, but I strongly disagree. There is a constant back and forth about this. I listen to a lot of hip hop and am easily the most liberal person in the office so…that doesn’t help.”
No it doesn’t Brad, no it does not.
