The diehard LSU Tigers fan is not only a Louisiana native, but a university alum. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, this southern girl decided it was time spread her wings post-college and get a change of scenery. Venturing out west in 1990, she initially moved to San Francisco, but by 1994 found herself permanently living in Los Angeles.
Rebecca is a veteran in the IT recruiting game. Prior to Crescent, she spent a decade working for the IT recruiting agency, Technical Solutions. Determining it was time for another change of scenery, she took her talents to a phenomenal full-service IT Solutions Company…Enter Crescent Solutions. “I first met Brian Fischbein at the Grand Havana Room,” recalls Rebecca. “I liked his style and ease of speaking with him. I knew I wanted to be a part of what he had built.” Now a Senior Partner Manager, Rebecca helps build and grow Crescent Solutions accounts. “I am lucky to have Rebecca on my team,” says Regional Director Michael Chiang. “Her energy is contagious and she brightens up any room she walks into.” “Rebecca is also one of the most connected people in our business,” Chiang adds. “She really does know EVERYONE!”
When it comes to notable office moments, the most memorable for her have actually been outside of the office walls. “A former employee, BJ convinced the Valet to let him get in the back of my SUV and jump out when I got in. I could not reach him, but if I could of, well I would have…” says the Martial Arts enthusiast. Rebecca finds that there are countless laughs and happy moments from each and every offsite. “The memories make me smile,” she said, “but what happens in Palm Springs, stays in Palm Springs.”
Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her longtime boyfriend, 2 children, and 2 dogs, Bud and Max. “We frequent Santa Barbara on the weekends to spend time with family,” says Rebecca. “I love to walk my dogs on the beach and stop at my favorite Chinese restaurant in Montecito.”
Mother to 2 beautiful children, Cole age 14, and Claire age 9, she can’t help but gush about their accomplishments. “Cole is a Black Belt in Karate and plays Hockey. Claire is also in Karate and is a budding Ballerina. In fact, she just got cast for the Pacific Festival Ballet Company’s Nutcracker!” she proudly exclaimed.
Aside from the Chinese food in Montecito, she loves sushi, is passionate about Martial Arts, and loyally roots for home teams LSU and The Saints. When asked to sum up her personality she paused to give it thought and answered, “I am energetic, assertive, and a little quirky at times. I am very loyal to people who are loyal to me.” We are so grateful to have been blessed with her loyalty.
