• I have an entire box of little packets of East Coast Chinese Duck Sauce
• Tattoo on my left ankle of The Ohio State University
• Grew up in New Jersey-Moved to Florida at age of 15
• Was President of Lambda Chi Alpha at OSU and UCF
• Love Volleyball, Soccer and anything Buckeye
• Will do anything for people close to me

My biggest pet peeve: Intentional Walk in Baseball and having someone upset with me or my company.

What I like most about life: Spending time with family/friends and Watching my children grow while learning to appreciate the “Work” it takes to raise them.

Favorite movie: Tough to pick one, Comedy-Swingers, Sports-Rocky, Horror-Silence of the Lambs, Action-Braveheart, Drama-Shawshank Redemption.

What I like most about my job: The difference that every single person makes at Crescent and the speed at which we operate. After working for 15 years at a major, national staffing firm, it has been refreshing to have the ability to make decisions, implement a strategy that is customized and designed for each client’s success, all within a day. That is absolutely amazing and powerful, and would never happen within the ‘big guys’. The people and culture within Crescent make it easy to come into work each and every day, and I am amazed on how knowledgeable our team is within our industry.

Key things you might like to know:

• Married with two amazingly talented daughters!
• Born in New Jersey, but now a Californian forever!
• Both Undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Cal-State Fullerton – Go Titans!
• Played volleyball in high school – still trying to get several games a week in!

What I like most about life: My greatest joy in life is coming home and learning about the big and little triumphs that the kids experience every day. From a business perspective I love the fact that we are helping people find new opportunities and helping them grow as professionals.

Favorite movie: Impossible to pick 1… a few in no particular order, Tommy Boy, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, the Fugitive and just about every movie with Harrison Ford.

What I like most about my job: Being one of the founding partners of Crescent and seeing how far we have come. The opportunity we have in front of us and the future potential we have as an organization.

Key things you might like to know:

• Married with one son and another on the way (due in 2011)
• Grew up in Orange County. Graduated from Arizona State
• Played baseball and basketball in high school. Played at Angel Stadium and won baseball state championship my senior year
• Went to college on baseball scholarship
• Love anything Boston. Sports teams, movies, you name it. Won’t meet a bigger Red Sox fan.
• Three Best Moments of my life: Birth of my son(s), Wedding day, and 2004 MLB playoffs (Red Sox beat the Yankees and win the World Series)

My biggest pet peeve: Losing to the Yankees or Lakers. 2004, 2007 (Sox), and 2008 (Celtics) do help a little.

What I like most about life: Coming home everyday to my wife and son(s). Spending time with family and watching our children learn and grow. Thinking about the future.

Favorite movie: Tough to pick one. Goodfellas, Bronx Tale, Wedding Crashers, Rocky Series, and Reversing the Curse (Red Sox Documentary).

Jenn Espinoza

What I like most about my job: The fact that every single person in our company has a voice and that every voice matters and is heard.  Working for a CEO who extends his friendship to every single person in our organization; we are a genuine family here and appreciate one another for our individual talents.

Key things you might like to know:

• I have the most amazing husband, incredible stepdaughter, and perfect baby girl
• I’m the biggest Laker fan you will ever meet, I literally cried when Kobe retired and my dogs are named Kobe and Shaq
• I have a TWIN sister and she’s AMAZING, I also have three equally amazing brothers
• Family and friendship fuel my soul, they are one in the same to me and there is nothing that I wouldn’t do for those dear to me
• I grew up in LA County but now that I am an OC girl I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else

My biggest pet peeve: My father always taught me do things right the first time, his favorite phrase was, “Lazy people do double the work” and that has always stuck with me.  I would have to say laziness in people is my biggest pet peeve.  Work hard for what you want in life, you will appreciate it more that way.

What I like most about life: Creating memories with my family, teaching them to be kind and to give willingly without any expectations for something in return.

Favorite Movies: Casino, Deuces Wild, Goodfellas, The Godfather I and II, Scarface, Blow, Pulp Fiction, The Departed, and The Shawshank Redemption to name a few!
