Keith McDonald

Keith brings an entrepreneurial drive and high-energy approach to the staffing industry. Over the past 25 years, he has guided the firm to become one of the premier IT/Engineering staffing organizations in the United States. Built on a foundation of deep, relationship-driven partnerships, Crescent Solutions has repeatedly been recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America, consistently delivering top-tier talent to Fortune 500 clients. Under his leadership, the firm has earned numerous accolades, including placements on the Inc. 500, Inc. 5000, Florida’s Fast 100, and the SFBJ Fastest Growing Companies lists.

Keith’s leadership foundation took shape during his college years at the University of Central Florida, where he served as Student Body President. In this role, he managed a $5+ million budget and led UCF to become the top ranked Student Government Association (SGA) in the state of Florida. Following graduation, he gained valuable corporate business experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Johnson & Johnson.

Keith attended The Ohio State University and holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Professionally and personally engaged in his community, he is a member of the UCF Alumni Association and the TechServe Alliance, as well as the West Palm Beach Fishing Club and the International Game Fish Association (IGFA). Keith resides in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Camden and Keiran, where he enjoys fishing, boating and traveling with his family.

Jon Reeder

Jon Reeder serves as a Managing Partner at Crescent Solutions, where he leads recruiting operations, business development, and strategic client partnerships across the Renewable Energy, Engineering and Technology sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in staffing, sales, project management, and business development, Jon has built a reputation for delivering talent solutions that help organizations scale and achieve their business objectives.

Since joining Crescent Solutions in 2013, Jon has been instrumental in the firm's growth and success. Starting as a Senior Technical Recruiter, he quickly became one of the company's top performers, earning Recruiter of the Year honors in both 2014 and 2015. His success in recruiting and client development led to leadership roles in account management and ultimately Managing Partner, where he now helps drive the firm's strategic direction and continued expansion.

Jon works closely with clients ranging from emerging startups to Fortune 500 organizations, providing expertise in technology hiring, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies. Known for his relationship-driven approach and commitment to excellence, he has helped establish Crescent Solutions as a trusted staffing partner throughout the industry.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida and resides in South Florida with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children, often supporting his son's youth sports activities, particularly baseball.

Michael French

With more than 28 years of professional experience spanning recruiting, account management, operations leadership, and customer service, Michael has built a reputation for connecting top talent with leading organizations while helping clients achieve their business and workforce objectives.

Since joining Crescent Solutions in 2012, Michael has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth and success. He has led full-cycle recruiting initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, placing hundreds of IT professionals in both contract and direct-hire positions. His ability to understand client needs, develop customized hiring strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines has resulted in exceptional client retention and consistent revenue growth. Recognized as a Top Performer for five consecutive years, Michael has earned the trust of both clients and candidates through his relationship-driven approach, industry expertise, and commitment to delivering results.

Michael works closely with hiring managers and executive leadership teams to develop workforce planning strategies, streamline hiring processes, and secure high-caliber talent in competitive markets. In addition to managing strategic accounts, he mentors and supports recruiting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Prior to transitioning into recruiting, Michael spent 15 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in progressive leadership roles, culminating in Food and Beverage Director positions at several premier Hyatt properties. His background in managing large-scale operations, leading diverse teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences provides a unique perspective that enhances his effectiveness as a recruiter and business partner.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University. He resides in Westerville, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with his Wife and Three children, supporting Ohio State athletics, traveling, golf, fishing and staying active in his local community.

Amy McDonald

Payroll Manager

Amy McDonald serves as the Payroll Manager at Crescent Solutions. A proud alumna of Long Beach State University, Amy has spent years championing the people and systems behind Crescent's growth. Following a rewarding sabbatical to raise her two children, she returned to leadership in 2024 with a renewed passion for organizational excellence.

In an industry where timing and precision are everything, Amy serves as the critical bridge for all payroll and workforce functions. She expertly orchestrates the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding coordination to managing expense approvals and weekly hours verification. Her distinct blend of financial diligence and empathetic leadership ensures Crescent’s internal teams and contingent workforce are seamlessly supported.
